The agreement was signed by Serbian European Integration Minister Jadranka Joksimovic and EU Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn.
The funds will go to energy and environmental protection projects, as well as to participation in EU programs such as Cosme, Horizon 2020 and Erasmus+, Joksimovic and Hahn said, the agency reported.

EU: Kosovo must reverse this act immediately
According to Beta agency, the EU foreign policy chief said in a statement that the Nov. 21 that decision of the Kosovo government to raise the duty on Serbian and Bosnian goods to 100 percent made the situation worse, after Pristina imposed 10-percent duties last week.
The Kosovo government must immediately revoke those decisions, Mogherini said.
