Marinos Giannopoulos, the CEO of Enterprise Greece, the official investment and trade promotion agency of the Greek state, called for Greek-Turkish energy cooperation in the Aegean during an interview with Anadolu Agency, published on Monday. 

The meetings of the 6th Joint Interministerial Working Group for the Economic, Industrial, Scientific, and Technical Collaboration of Greece-Ukraine concluded in Athens on Thursday, under the direction of Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Diplomacy Kostas Fragogiannis and Ukrainian State Minister Oleh Nemchinov.

Deputy Foreign Minister Kostas Fragogiannis is set to visit Istanbul on Thursday and Friday for talks on economic cooperation with Turkey.

A memorandum of collaboration (MoC) was signed by Greece's investments and export agency (Enterprise Greece) and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) in Tokyo on Tuesday, in the context of Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis' official visit to Japan.

More than 120 Greek entrepreneurs are to join Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras on his landmark visit to Skopje on Tuesday. 

"Our target was 70 or 80 entrepreneurs and, to our great surprise, the number has exceeded 120," Giorgos Stergioulis, the president of Enterprise Greece, said.

Greece will have a strong presence at Expo 2020 in Dubai, Greek officials said on Tuesday after signing a contract regarding the country's participation in the six-month-long international exhibition in the United Arab Emirates with organizers of the event.

Greece's state assets fund appointed Polychronis Griveas and Elias Athanasiou as the new president and CEO, respectively, of troubled state-owned Hellenic Post (ELTA), during Thursday's general meeting.

Griveas previously headed the management of Astir Palace Vouliagmeni and Athanasiou was CEO of Enterprise Greece, the state-owned body that promotes Greek exports.
