"Restructuring of energy enterprises launched"

KOPAONIK -- Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS) public enterprise should adopt a financial consolidation plan by March 31, Energy Minister Aleksandar Antic has said.

Speaking on Thursday on the last day of the Kopaonik Business Forum, he announced EPS would then it will be "reorganized into two companies by July 1."

KOPAONIK - The public enterprise Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS) is expected to adopt a financial consolidation plan by March 31, and then it will be reorganized into two companies by July 1, Energy Minister Aleksandar Antic said on Thursday.

BELGRADE - The corporatisation of the Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS) will bring changes in the public enterprise management organisation and lead to at least EUR 36 million worth of savings, EPS acting director Aleksandar Obradovic said on Friday.
