BGN 100,000 were Granted for the Continuation of the Archaeological Excavations of Heraclea Sintica
The government has approved BGN 100,000 in addition to the budget of the Ministry of Culture. The funds are provided for the continuation of the field archaeological researches of one of the most significant archaeological sites in Bulgaria - Heraclea Sintica in the Rupite area near Petrich, BGNES reported.

Turkish helicopter flies near islet of Ro, Greek troops fire warning shots
A Turkish helicopter flew around the perimeter of the eastern Greek islet of Ro, west of the Dodecanese island of Kastellorizo, at a low altitude late on Monday, Kathimerini reported.
The helicopter left the area after Greek troops reportedly responded by firing tracer rounds as a warning.
Macedonia to Scrap Alexander Signs To Appease Greece
Macedonia will soon start replacing the old "Alexander the Great" name signs from Skopje airport and from the E-75 highway that leads toward Greece.
The government's decision to rename key infrastructure was published on Thursday in the official gazette.
IAF launched exercise Blue Flag 2017 with Greek participation again
Blue Flag 2017, the largest international aerial training exercise in Israel’s history, began today upon the arrival of aircraft from seven different air forces to Ouvda AFB. Throughout the combined training exercise, held this year for the third time, the visiting squadrons will fly alongside Israeli squadrons.

ATHEX: Stock sellers are waiting in the wings
Monday was another mixed day for the Greek bourse. Stocks were split between winners and losers, the benchmark had some moderate gains but the banks' index was virtually unchanged, and mid-caps conceded some ground. The drop in turnover compared with three declining sessions last week shows that a likely return of sellers is on the way.
