Turkey's most populous city, Istanbul, will host a meet of the country's main rivals, Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray, on April 10, with international scouts and football agents attending the "derby of the derbies" to keep eyes on the young talents of both teams.

Beşiktaş, Turkey's sole representer in the European club football's showpiece event, launches its Champions League campaign on Sept. 15 at home against Borussia Dortmund.

Beşiktaş won the Turkish Süper Lig on goal difference last season, and the Istanbul club has started off its title defense with three wins and a draw from its opening four games.

Galatasaray hammered Gençlerbirliği 6-0 in a Jan. 9 Turkish Süper Lig match in Istanbul's Türk Telekom Stadium.

The home team of the match scored a very early opener as Senegalese forward Mbaye Diagne netted in the 27th second.

This is the fastest goal in the Süper Lig's 2020-21 season.
