The Bolshoi Ballet pays tribute to one of its greatest dancers and teachers, Mikhail Lavrovsky, with a show that premiered in Moscow on May 4 and is traveling outside Russia for the first time for three shows in Greece, just a month shy of Lavrov's 76th birthday.

A team of chefs create delectable meals to be enjoyed 50 meters above ground as part of the Dinner in the Sky experience, which can be had at the Technopolis cultural complex in Athens through September. Diners have the option of a 60-euro cocktail menu or a 120-euro set dinner menu.

Dionysis Savvopoulos takes the stage at Gazarte in a special show commemorating his 1966 hit album "Fortigo," in which he'll perform career-spanning songs intermixed with anecdotes. The prominent singer-songwriter will be joined on stage by singers Katerina Polemi, Themos Skandamis and Evi Mazi, as well as musicians Yiotis Kiourtsoglou and Dimitris Lappas. Shows start at 9.30 p.m.

The world-renowned Prague Philharmonic Orchestra celebrates Valentine's Day with two concerts titled "Love Goes to the Movies" at the Pallas Theater in Athens on Monday, February 13, and Tuesday, February 14. The ensemble is conducted by Friedemann Riehle and presents soloists Sabina Olijve on vocals, Natalia Lisniak on the violin and Marcel Javorcek on piano.

The Pallas Theater in Athens presents German icon Ute Lemper in an evening of songs composed by Kurt Weill with lyrics by Bertolt Brecht on Saturday, February 4, as part of a series of events celebrating the great German playwright.

World music composer and guitarist Makis Ablianitis, whose work is a blend of emotive folk sounds and jazz, will perform pieces from his latest album, "Uranos," at the Half Note Jazz Club on Wednesday, February 1, and Thursday, February 2. Pantelis Thalassinos and Vangelis Germanos will join him on vocals.

Dance group Kymatomorfi presents "Skeleton Woman," a show based on an ancient northern European folk legend about the unlikely relationship between a fisherman and a woman doomed to spend eternity at the bottom of the sea.
