OSCE Foreign Ministers Meet in Serbia
The OSCE Ministerial Council meeting on Thursday and Friday in Belgrade will be the culmination of Serbia's one-year chairmanship of the international security body.
Serbia's Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, who is the 2015 OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, said critical issues such as the Ukraine situation, the refugee crisis and terrorism would be discussed.

"Serbia has been strong, constructive OSCE leader"
OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier said in Belgrade after meeting with OSCE Chairperson Ivica Dacic that Serbia had been a strong and constructive leader.
"Serbia has been a strong leader, navigating the difficult waters,“ he said at a joint press conference late on Tuesday with Dacic, Serbia's foreign minister, ahead of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Belgrade.

Dacic declares Belgrade "diplomatic capital of Europe"
Serbian FM and OSCE chairperson Ivica Dacic says his country has shown itself capable of leading an international organization "in a very difficult year."
The organization in question, the OSCE, "faced many challenges that called into question the essence of its existence and its basic principles," said Dacic.
High-level OSCE meeting in Belgrade to go ahead
The OSCE Ministerial Council, scheduled for Dec. 3-4 in Belgrade, will not be delayed due to the security situation in Europe in the wake of the Paris attacks.
OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic confirmed this in a statement for the Belgrade-based daily Danas.
