Serbia to replace half of its ambassadors abroad

About 30 ambassadors representing Serbia abroad should be replaced in the next few months, the daily Politika writes on Friday.

They are currently among those serving in the country's 69 embassies and seven diplomatic missions - to the EU, NATO, the OSCE, the Council of Europe, UNESCO and the UN in New York and Geneva.

Serbian Daily Faces Questions Over Anti-Feminist Rants

Serbia's iconic daily newspaper, Politika, has been accused of using made-up commentators to promote misogyny after publishing an anti-feminist article allegedly written by a scientist, but illustrated with the photograph of a German actor.

The commentary accused feminists of using the recent murders of two women at the hands of their ex-husbands to spread "propaganda". 

Lazanski: Serbian military-industrial complex is back on its feet

"If someone is crazy enough to make his airspace available to a third country willing to attack Serbia, we have a missile capable of knocking out all major cities in the region," Miroslav Lazanski, a military observer with the Belgrade-based newspaper Politika, told Sputnik Serbia.
