Bosnian Serb Leader Applauds Russian Church's Consecration
Around hundred people gathered on Monday in Banja Luka, the administrative centre of the Bosnia's mainly Serbian entity, Republika Srpska, for the consecration of a new Russian church and cultural centre, which are being built in the centre of the city.

Banja Luka is the largest town in the Serb Republic (RS), the Serb entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
"There is some border there, that is temporary. RS President Milorad Dodik will, together with all of us, make en effort to erase it. That's not nationalism, but European integration," Predrag Markovic said in Banja Luka, addressing a congress of the Socialist Party (SP) of the RS.
Bosnia's Politicians Promise Pay Hikes as Elections Loom
As Bosnia's politicians prepare for parliamentary and presidential elections in October this year, many of them are wooing voters with promises of big pay hikes.
The government of Bosnia's Serb-dominated entity, Republika Srpska, RS, has said it will take measures to increase salaries in the entity, with strong support from the RS President, Milorad Dodik.
Dacic addresses Dodik's "RS-Serbia unification" comment
Dacic in this way commented on RS President Milorad Dodik's statement that the RS and Serbia will become united.
Serbia, the minister continued, "respects the territorial integrity of Bosnia-Herzegovina and, of course, has special ties with the RS."
Vucic "doesn't expect good news" from EU-W. Balkans summit
But, the president continued on Tuesday, he "doesn't expect particularly good news for our country."
Serbian PM visiting Serb Republic
Brnabic immediately met with RS President Milorad Dodik and RS Prime Minister Zeljka Cvijanovic.
The meeting was also attended by RS ministers of industry and energy, and of spatial planning, construction, and ecology.
While in Banja Luka, Brnabic will also attend the ceremony to promote and declare open the Eko Toplana heating plant, and meet with Mayor Igor Radojicic.
