Only the Youngest and Oldest Do not Use Mobile Services in Bulgaria
Only the youngest and oldest Bulgarians do not use mobile services through a smartphone, according to a nationally representative survey of consumer habits and the use of mobile internet. It was conducted by the Market Research Agency "Arbitrage" among 2600 people at the end of last year, ordered by Telenor and announced on Friday by the telecom.

The information was confirmed for money.bg by a source requesting anonymity. As it was clear, the biggest shareholder in Vivacom Spas Rusev was also interested in one of the two biggest Bulgarian television networks.

Czech investment group PPF said on Monday it had given up on buying Bulgaria's Nova Broadcasting Group from Sweden's MTG, citing rejection by the country's anti-monopoly watchdog, reports Reuters.
Telenor Bulgaria Backs Second Global Datathon 2018
Telenor Bulgaria said it's backing the second edition of the international Global Datathon 2018 hackathon that will be held between 28 and 30 September. The Bulgarian national commercial broadcaster Nova is to start selling advertising on the sports channels operated by A1 Bulgaria, formerly known as Mtel.
Capital reports that A1 Bulgaria has worked with Nova since last year, producing the telco's sports channels MAXSport 1, MAXSport 2 and EDGEsport.
