The top soldiers of Türkiye and Greece have agreed to develop ties based on good neighborhood and friendship, the Turkish defense ministry has announced, following a meeting in Brussels on the sidelines of the NATO ministerial meeting.

Turkey 'neutralizes' 4 YPG/PKK terrorists in N Syria
Turkish security forces "neutralized" four YPG/PKK terrorists in northern Syria, the Turkish Defense Ministry said on Dec. 26.
The terrorists were attempting to carry out an attack in the Operation Peace Spring area, the ministry said on Twitter.
Turkish authorities use the word "neutralized" to imply the terrorists in question surrendered or were killed or captured.
Turkey sends medical virus aid to Balkan countries
A Turkish military plane carrying medical supplies arrived in North Macedonia on May 12 to support the country's battle against the coronavirus pandemic.
"Turkish Armed Forces aircraft carrying medical supplies for use against COVID-19 has arrived at the Republic of North Macedonia," the Turkish Defense Ministry said on Twitter.
