Bulgaria may allow Macedonia to use its embassies where it does not have its own, reported Macedonian newspaper "Vecer", quoted by FOCUS News Agency. The publication cites Bulgarian Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva.

According to Macedonian newspaper Vecer, 10,000 people rallied despite the bad weather.

MIA agency reported that the protest was organized by the civic initiative "For United Macedonia" with the aim of "defending the name of the state and the identity of the nation."

The Balkans are covered by a cold wave, including the coastal strip of the Adriatic Sea in Croatia. Snow fell in Rome, and the Colosseum was closed.

The bad weather in the neighboring countries has created problems at the border points. The situation at the border with Greece and with Macedonia is the most serious.
