Macron writes to Vucic, confirms visit to Serbia
"Relations between the two states are based on friendly, ancient and deep ties, marked very strongly by brotherhood in arms, which united the two nations during the First World War, and consolidated our friendship," Macron wrote in the letter, quoted by the office of the president who earlier in the day received France's new ambassador to Serbia Frederic Mondoloni, the agency said.

"EU invested 3bn, EIB 5bn in Serbia over 15 years"
The European Investment Bank has invested EUR 5 billion.
EU Delegation to Serbia chief Sem Fabrizi said at an Investing in the European Future of the Western Balkans conference on Dec. 8 that EUR 200 million had been invested a year since the beginning of the negotiating process, or EUR 3 billion over 15 years.

Thaci: One people, two states... it's never been better

Juncker expects Serbia to join EU before 2025
BRUSSELS - European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker expects Serbia to join the EU even before 2025.
I think that Serbia and Montenegro "will be members of the European Union before 2025," Juncker said in response to a Tanjug question about the strategy for the two countries' EU accession.
