A total of 43 Turkish companies entered the prestigious ENR Top 250 International Contractors list this year, with Limak ranking 48th.

Limak climbed two spots from the previous year's list.

Renaissance dropped from 38th in 2023 to 53rd this year, while Enka fell from 53rd to 54th.

Ljubljana – The National Review Commission has rejected the appeal by the Austrian builder Strabag against the decision by the state-owned company 2TDK to pick a Slovenian-headed consortium as the contractor for the Divača-Črni Kal section of the new railway to the port of Koper. This ends all review procedures related to the project.

Ljubljana – The state-owned company managing the project of the new railway line between the port of Koper and the Divača hub has downgraded the estimated costs of the project by almost 7% to EUR 1.126 billion.

Turkish construction giant Yapı Merkezi hopes a $3 billion modern railway-line project it is building in Ethiopia and Tanzania will showcase its skills and make it a "trusted development partner" in Africa.
