Turkey, Azerbaijan’s main objective is stability in region: Turkish defense chief
The main objective for Turkey and Azerbaijan is the continuity of a cease-fire and to bring stability to the region, Turkish defense chief Hulusi Akar said on Nov. 5 at a reception at the Azerbaijan Embassy in Ankara for Victory Day.
Turkey condemns US deportation of diplomat’s murderer
Turkey on Oct. 30 condemned the U.S. extradition of Hampig Sassounian, an Armenian origin who assassinated a Turkish diplomat in Los Angeles in 1982.
Turkey learned that Sassounian was "deported to a third country," said a statement by the Turkish Foreign Ministry.

Presidents of Turkey, Azerbaijan inaugurate Fuzuli International Airport
Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his Azerbaijani counterpart has jointly inaugurated a new airport in the recently liberated area from the Armenian occupation.
Erdoğan is the first head of state to land at Fuzuli International Airport, Azerbaijan's first airport in the area recently liberated from Armenia.
Turkish president set for 3rd Azerbaijan visit since Karabakh liberation
Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will head to Azerbaijan on Oct. 26, his third visit since the liberation of the Karabakh region last November.
Erdoğan will meet his counterpart Ilham Aliyev and attend the inauguration of the Fuzuli International Airport.
41 countries to contest in 2022 Eurovision
Forty-one countries will compete in the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest, up two from this year, the European Broadcasting Union announced on Oct. 20.
