Bulgaria Gives BGN 3.5 million to Western Balkan Countries And the Eastern Partnership
Bulgaria will financially support 9 Western Balkan countries and the Eastern Partnership by providing grants of BGN 3 485 028 million for the implementation of projects for the development of education, science, culture, social integration and civil society.

Cyprus scolded for unlawful detention
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ordered Cyprus on Tuesday to pay 30,000 euros in non-pecuniary damages for the unlawful detention and degrading treatment of an Iranian national. The Republic must also pay 4,124 euros in legal fees.
The case concerned his detention pending deportation for over 18 months in three Cypriot police stations.
