Grundig's transformation after Arçelik bought it

Grundig is one of the most rooted brands of Germany. It was founded in 1945 and their wooden box radios and televisions were the stars of households at that time.

Grundig was bought by the flagship company of Koç Holding, Arçelik, in 2007 and underwent major changes. No surprise they are promoting their brand now as "We are 70 years old and we just started." 

Bulgaria, Romania Show Worst Road Safety Records in EU in 2015

Bulgaria and Romania had the weakest road safety records among EU member states last year, according to official statistics of the bloc.

While all the EU member states have improved their road safety records since 2010, there was still a significant gap in their performance, the European Commission said in a statement on Thursday.

Brussels attacks cause high alert across Europe

Europe is in shut down mode, as capitals across the continent are entering high alert levels in the wake of the deadly attacks in Brussels. The French-Belgian borders have been closed while Germany and the UK have stepped up their security levels. The Dutch military is on top alert level, while most European major airports have also upped their security measures.
