A teacher who hit the road on her motorcycle on June 24 with the goal of becoming the first Turkish woman to travel around the world solo has reached Tajikistan on the 29th day of her adventurous journey.

Susi and Jens Radeliald, a German couple with two children, went on a motorcycle tour around the world about six months ago.

The Resumption of Flights from Moscow sparked discontent in Georgia
The decision by Tbilisi authorities to resume flights between Georgia and Russia prompted the opposition to protest against the government on Friday.
Protesters gathered at the airport carried banners reading "You are not welcome" as the first direct flight in almost four years arrived from Russia, the BBC reported. People also gathered in front of the parliament in Tbilisi.
Italian police find $880 million of cocaine stashed in banana crates
Police in southern Italy said on Tuesday they had seized 2,700 kg of highly pure cocaine hidden in two refrigerated containers containing bananas that had been shipped from Ecuador.
The haul found in the Calabrian port of Gioia Tauro would have been worth more than 800 million euros, Italy's Guardia di Finanza police said in a statement.
