A seemingly never-ending political crisis is plunging oil-rich Kuwait's economy into the mire, affecting basic services and causing mounting public concern.

On Friday, Montenegro's prosecution charged Do Kwon and Han Chang-hoon with falsifying their ID after they were arrested a day before at Podgorica airport.

MT KOPAONIK - Serbian PM Ana Brnabic said on Wednesday a FTA with China was due by the end of the year.
