Romania updates list of countries in COVID-19 red, yellow, green areas
Romania's National Committee for Emergency Situations (CNSU) updated on Friday its list of countries or areas with high COVID-19 epidemiological risk. "The classification of the countries/areas by the cumulative rate of COVID-19 cases in order to sort the persons arriving in Romania accordingly and subject them to quarantine is hereby approved," reads CNSU Decision 39.
US Adopts Map of Disputed Moroccan Sahara
Western Sahara is mostly under Morocco's control, where tensions with pro-independence Polisario Front have simmered since the 1970s.
The United States has adopted a "new official" map of Morocco that includes the disputed territory of Western Sahara, its ambassador to Rabat said.

A man shouting "Allahu Akbar" made people flee for their lives during a terrorism scare at a Metro station in Lausanne, Switzerland. Prosecutors say the man was suffering from a paranoid episode and presented no immediate danger to the public.
Thirty-one People Die in Morocco Road Accident
A bus and a truck with a petrol tanker attached crashed in Morocco, killing 31 people, including young school children.
Local authorities further reported that another nine people have been injured in the southern city of Tan-Tan, the BBC reported.

Chauprade: Recognition of Kosovo - historic mistake
BELGRADE - Paris has made a historic mistake by recognizing Kosovo's independence, Aymeric Chauprade, European parliamentarian from France, has said, stressing that the 1999 NATO war against Serbia assisted the separatist tendencies of the ethnic Albanians in Kosovo, and the European Union (EU) followed the policy pursued by the United States.
Plan of participation in UN and EU missions adopted
BELGRADE - The Serbian parliament adopted on Friday a number of laws related to trade and telecommunications, a law regulating how travel papers are issued and a plan for military and police participation in UN and EU operations.
The parliament adopted an annual plan for the use of the army and other defence forces in multinational operations in 2014.
