Albanian prime minister visits Belgrade
BELGRADE -- On Monday Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama is visiting Belgrade, which is a historic event in the diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The last visit by a head of the Albanian state to Belgrade was recorded in 1946 when Enver Hoxha met with Josip Broz Tito.
Russian Deal 'No Risk' to Macedonia's EU Funds
Macedonia is not in danger of losing over €600 million euro, envisaged as part of the EU's Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance, IPA funds, the European Union delegation to Skopje has assured BIRN.

Macedonian president starts visit to Serbia
BELGRADE - President of the Republic of Macedonia Gjorge Ivanov arrived on an official visit to Serbia on Friday at the invitation of his Serbian counterpart Tomislav Nikolic.

Macedonia's parliament will start the procedure to annul the mandates of 31 opposition MPs in the first half of December, a source from parliament's Committee on Rules of Procedure told BIRN under condition of anonymity.

BELGRADE - The Serbian parliament's Committee on Kosovo-Metohija discussed on Tuesday the current security situation in the province and adopted conclusions urging the international community to act in line with its mandate and ensure security for all Serbs and other non-Albanians in Kosovo-Metohija (KiM).
