Tanjug exhibition on migrant crisis opens in Nis

NIS - "Between borders...", an exhibition of Tanjug News Agency photographs and video footage documenting the migrants' passage across Serbia, opened at the Officers' Home in Nis Wednesday.

The exhibition was ceremonially opened by Norwegian Ambassador Arne Sannes Bjornstad, who said the photographs, made by Tanjug reporters on the ground, were proof that the agency had capabilities and quality staff.

We covered all aspects of this demographic catastrophe, reporting from borders and on political stances, decisions by governments and international institutions, mostly speaking in a language of numbers, decisions and positions, said Tanjug Director Branka Djukic, adding that events of such large proportions offered little room for individual destinies and stories about them.
