Haradinaj extradition depends on Serbia's request - expert

BERLIN, Jan 9 (Tanjug) - The French court's decision on the fate of Alliance for the Future of Kosovo leader Ramus Haradinaj depends on whether Serbia's extradition request will include new charges he has not been tried on at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, says Christian Tomuschat, an expert on international law.

It might be that Belgrade is claiming this is about completely different crimes, but that is where we lack facts and I can say no more, he told the Deutche Welle.
