Kirtcheva invites Serbia to return to VEF

BELGRADE - Vienna Economic Forum (VEF) Secretary-General Elena Kirtcheva on Monday invited Serbia to return to the organisation, noting it was an NGO and that political reasons should not be an obstacle to membership.

Serbia left the Vienna-based forum after the Austrian government recognised Kosovo's independence.
