Delivery, courier workers parking their mopeds on Thursday

Delivery workers and couriers are going on strik on Thursday to protest low wages, according to a video posted by a group called the Workers Driving on Mopeds on YouTube, and posters on walls throughout the capital.

Workers say they are underpaid and that most have no insurance.

According to the posters, they will gather at Pedion tou Areos park in central Athens at 11 a.m. and then hold a motorcade through the capital.
