Kovacic: Serbia, region must not stray from path to EU

BELGRADE - East-West Bridge (EWB) members aim to promote progressive and judicious liberalisation of trade, democracy, civil society, policy and state development while respecting underlying national policies and strategies, EWB President Jovan Kovacic said at the NGO's annual cocktail, held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia on Tuesday.

"Our firm belief is that Serbia and the region must not stray under any circumstances from the path leading to the EU," Kovacic said.
