ISIL chief Baghdadi urges 'jihad' in purported new recording

The leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi called on Muslims to wage "jihad" in a purported new audio recording released on Aug. 22.
