Gov't adopts bills amending excise, tax laws

BELGRADE - The Serbian government on Saturday adopted a bill on the excise law that amends the provisions on the time and manner of filing excise tax returns.

Also adopted were bills amending the laws on value added tax and corporate income tax, the Serbian government's press office said in a statement.

The government also adopted a bill amending the law on the return of seized property and compensation.

The government also decided to set up a coordination body to steer activities aimed at curbing the grey economy.
