Partizan Belgrade crash out of UEFA Europa Conference League

BELGRADE - Partizan Belgrade have crashed out of the UEFA Europa Conference League after a 3-1 home defeat to Moldovan side Sheriff Tiraspol in the return leg of the competition's round of 32 in Belgrade on Thursday evening.

Partizan won the first leg 1-0.

In front of a little over 10,000 spectators, Partizan took the lead through a Queensy Menig goal in the 13th minute, but Cedric Badolo equalised from a VAR-awarded spot kick in the 22nd minute and Mouhamed Diop netted in the injury time of the first half and in the 47th minute to turn the game around and hand his team a big victory.
