According to Sky News, Blinken stated that “dozens of Russian military personnel have been trained in Iran to operate the short-range ballistic missile system 5-350, which has a maximum range of 75 miles.” The U.S. Secretary of State noted that Russia has already received shipments of these missiles and is likely to deploy them against Ukrainian targets in the coming weeks.
