Construction on Cambas Project to start soon

In the first half of 2025, the building permit for the development of the Cambas Project by REDS, of the Ellaktor Group, is expected to be issued.

One of the largest business parks in Greece is planned for the location, on the outskirts of Athens, utilizing an area of ​​315,000 square meters.

Almost 50% of it will remain undeveloped, as it is planned to be formed into a park and shared green spaces.

The remainder will be developed into a complex of office buildings, which will be flanked by commercial stores, food service outlets, a gym and possibly a small boutique hotel and/or a conference center, to accommodate executives of the housed businesses, who will lease some space there.
