A German man whose body was found in Borca near Belgrade "was not a member of either the police or intelligence services," said the German security circles.

The newspaper Bild am Sonntag writes that 49-year-old Thomas L. from Munich was "obviously a man with insanely religious views" who "for years had a web page that warned about Hell and was simultaneously randomly sending hundreds of text messages in order to propagate his ideas."
