Media reported on Tuesday that Do Kwon sent a letter to outgoing Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic, outgoing Justice Minister Marko Kovac and the Special State Prosecution, claiming that he financed Europe Now.

After the Serbian investigative media outlet KRIK published confirmation of claims that Serbia's Finance Minister, Sinisa Mali, owned a portfolio of property in Bulgaria bought through secretive offshore companies, it has reported that the "Pandora Papers" also shed light on the hidden business activities of another Serbian minister - Novica Toncev, minister for developing poor municipalities.<

In late January, Calovic Markovic, for years a thorn in the side of the DPS, was named as one of two civil society representatives on a newly-created National Council for the Fight against High-Level Corruption.

The Supreme Court's decision that appointments and sackings of public officials by parliament can no longer be countermanded by the courts - even if they are illegal - has caused controversy in Montenegro since it was announced last week.
