Turkish frigate spotted sailing around Greek islands
A Turkish Navy frigate was spotted sailing in Greek waters without permission on Monday, the Armed Forces General Staff announced.
The Gelibolu sailed around the Cycladic islands of Naxos, Mylos and Paros between 1 a.m. to around noon.
It was kept under close surveillance by the Hellenic Navy and Air Force.

The Romanian Air Force over May 25-June 4 participates with several aircraft in the Thracian Star 2014 multinational exercise, which will take place in Bulgaria, informs a release of the Ministry of National Defence (MApN) sent to Agerpres on Tuesday.
Turkish military vessels enter Greek waters
Five Turkish warships taking part in the Beyaz Firtina 2014 naval exercise entered Greek territorial waters in the Aegean Sea on Monday.
In a statement, Greeces National Defense General Staff (GEETHA) said the Kemal Reis, Meltem, Imbat, Ruzgar and Firtina vessels did not stay within the annual drills delineated area and were observed sailing around the Cyclades island complex.

Ukrainain special forces claimed Friday to control "half of Slaviansk", hours after Kiev renewed its operation against pro-Russian separatists.
Officials from the Security Service of Ukraine regained significant parts of the city in what authorities describe as an "anti-terrorist" operation.

Bulgaria's Foreign Minister: We Need New Fighter Jets
Bulgaria urgently needs to modernize its air force, in the light of the situation in Ukraine, said Foreign Minister Kristian Vigenin.
