A Syrian citizen identified only as E.U. was the second suicide bomber to attack a peace rally on Oct. 10, 2015, in Ankara, killing 101 activists, according to the Ankara Chief Prosecutor's Office.

Authorities did not provide any other information on E.U.

Turkish police detained 15 Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) militants in simultaneous raids in Istanbul on Oct. 29, in an escalation of anti-terror operations against ISIL following the twin suicide bomb blasts in Ankara earlier this month. 

An Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) sleeper cell based in the southeastern province of Gaziantep was behind the twin suicide bombings that killed 100 peace activists in Ankara on Oct. 10, the Ankara Prosecutor's Office said in a written statement.
