Kosovo Assembly to Probe Legality of Turkish Deportations
The Assembly of Kosovo on Wednesday adopted a resolution proposed by the Democratic League of Kosovo, LDK, based on which it will establish a committee to investigate the highly controversial deportation of six Turkish nationals on March 29.

Thaci has another plan for "Kosovo army"
If the Serb List blocks the creation of an army in Kosovo through constitutional changes, Hashim Thaci will seek to do it through "the Security Force Law."
The Pristina-based Albanian language daily Koha Ditore reported this on Tuesday, according to Beta.

DPK draws up resolution on genocide against Albanians
PRISTINA - The parliamentary group of Kosovo's ruling Democratic Party of Kosovo (DPK) has drafted a proposal on a "resolution on the genocide by Serbian authorities against ethnic Albanians during the 1998-1999 war."
The draft resolution on the alleged Serbian genocide against ethnic Albanians has been submitted to the Kosovo Assembly for adoption.

Trepca workers protest against new Kosovo law
ZVECAN - Trepca workers from northern Kosovo staged protests in the municipalities of Zvecan, Zubin Potok and Leposavic on Monday against a new bill the Kosovo government had adopted regarding a change of ownership in that company to turn it into a public enterprise.

Serbian government will not allow Trepca to be snatched away
BELGRADE - The Serbian government will not accept the unilateral decision of the Kosovo government to take over the ownership of the Mining, Metallurgical and Chemical Combine Trepca, because the Republic of Serbia Development Fund owns a majority stake in the mines, Director of the Serbian government's Office for Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) Marko Djuric said Sunday.
