Kalinic pointed out that this reminds him of a time 30 years ago when Serbs uniquely, regardless of their different party affiliation, made the historic decision to establish Republika Srpska.

Constitutional Law Professor Vladan Kutlesic believes that from the point of view of law there is no possibility to challenge the decision of the Constitutional Court in Sarajevo that agricultural land in Republika Srpska is Bosnia-Herzegovina's property, but adds that the decision changes the provisions of the Dayton Agreement.

BELGRADE - Responding to Bakir Izetbegovic, the Bosniak member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency, Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic has said he had no intention of giving up on a January 9 visit to Banjaluka for the Republika Srpska Day celebrations.
