Council of State rules in favor of KEELPNO board members

A ruling issued Tuesday by the Council of State deemed that a decision in May by Alternate Health Minister Pavlos Polakis to force the resignation of three members of the managing board of the Hellenic Center for Disease Control and Prevention (KEELPNO) was illegal and in violation of the Constitution.
