Bomb Attack on Bulgarian Prosecutor Triggers Security Fears and Suspicions

Authorities have described the blast, which happened as Geshev's vehicle was slowing down on a highway near the town of Samokov on Monday, as intended to kill the top prosecutor.
Geshev was travelling with his wife and children but no one in the car was injured.
PASOK unveils at-large candidates list

Another right-wing party barred from election
The Supreme Court has ruled that the Patrida party of Afroditi Latinopoulou cannot contest the upcoming elections due to issues with its name.
In a unanimous decision, the court upheld a complaint from outgoing MP Konstantinos Bogdanos, whose Patriotic Force for Change party is commonly known by its abbreviation Patrida, about the name of Latinopoulou's organization.
