34 detained in simultaneous ISIL operations in Turkey
A total of 34 people were detained in operations targeting the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in four different provinces of Turkey on Nov. 10.
Fourteen people were detained in the southern province of Adana after counter-terrorism police carried out simultaneous operations in the province's center.
40,000 denounced to police as Gülenists in Ankara
Some 40,000 people in total have been denounced to police in Ankara as followers of the U.S.-based Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen since the failed coup attempt of July 15.
The informants include those who have denounced their parents, children, relatives and neighbors, daily Habertürk reported on Oct. 11.
