The Danish Institute at Athens and the Danish Embassy present the 2019 documentary by director and journalist Mads Brugger "Cold Case Hammarskjold," to be screened at the Danish Institute on Tuesday, February 18, starting at 7 p.m. An introduction will precede the screening and a discussion will take place afterward.

The Danish Embassy and the Danish Institute at Athens present Thomas Vinterberg's 2010 film "Submarino" on Thursday, March 22, in a free-of-charge screening that starts at 7 p.m. The drama is about two brothers who, after years of estrangement, cross paths at their mother's funeral and try to put their part behind them. The film is in Danish with English subtitles.

With red-carpet season well under way, the Danish Embassy and the Danish Institute in Athens have invited film expert Palle Schantz Lauridsen to deliver a talk titled "And the Oscar Goes To..." The event is part of the Danish Institute's Film Club, which consists of talks and screenings, and starts at 7 p.m.
