Number of confirmed coronavirus cases rises to 46
The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Greece has climbed to 46 Friday after the Mayor of Dafni south of Athens center reported a new case Friday.
In a statement posted on social media, the mayor, Biniskos Anastasios, said the patient is a parent of a pupil at Dafni's 9th Elementary School.

Mets Carnival Parade | Athens | February 22
The Athens district of Mets is holding its fifth annual Carnival party and parade, organized by the Arditros cultural center and the area's elementary school PTA. The parade - marching to the tunes of the Batuca Latin music band and with support from the dancers of Arte Brasileira Atenas - will start on Harvouri Street at 11.30 a.m.

Fatma Ayan became the 13th Changemaker of the seventh season of the Sabanc? Foundation Turkey's Changemakers Program.
Turkey's first open-air library has been opened in Alanya thanks to the efforts of Ayan, a teacher with 20 years of experience. Apart from the library, Ayan has also worked to improve the physical conditions of the school and to diversify the curriculum.
First victory in B92's new campaign, "Battle for Schools"
Together with donors and the people of good will, B92 Fund had won the first victory within the new campaign entitled “Battle for Schools”.
At the start of new school year, newly restored outpost of the Elementary School “Saint Sava” situated at hamlet Vrbnica near Sjenica was opened.
