Türkiye's Olympic pistol sharpshooter Yusuf Dikeç has filed to trademark his nonchalant stance at the Paris Games that went viral around the world, his coach said on Sept. 1.

His coach Erdinç Bilgili said that the move to protect the commercial use of his pose with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office came in response to others trying to trademark it without Dikeç's say-so.

Manchester United is one of the best and most recognized football clubs in the world. The Red Devils have always been a force that others have to reck with, even though the last couple of years weren't the best for them. Despite having world-class players, Manchester United failed to live up to the expectations and didn't win the English Premier League.

Turkey's on-demand delivery pioneer Getir has sealed a three-year sponsorship deal with English Premier League's Tottenham Hotspur, the club and company announced on Aug. 6.
