Kosovo Police announced on Friday that it arrested a Kosovo Serb, N.O., known as Nemac and/or Rus, suspected of participating in violent clashes between Serb protesters and the NATO peacekeeping mission in Kosovo, KFOR, on May 29, in the Serb-majority northern municipality of Zvecan.

Serbia offers guarantees for Oliver Ivanovic
Thee government has given the EULEX mission in Kosovo guarantees for Oliver Ivanovic, the Office for Kosovo and Metohija announced on Monday.
The guarantees state that the Serb politician from northern Kosovo "will be available to judicial authorities in case of repeated proceedings against him."

Brussels ready for continuation of EULEX mission
The EU is ready for a continuation of the EULEX mission in Kosovo under a new mandate that would imply a smaller presence and reduced executive powers.

Legal expert to look into EULEX corruption allegations
BELGRADE -- EU High Representative Federica Mogherini has appointed independent expert Jean-Paul Jacques to carry out a review of the EULEX mission in Kosovo.
His focus will be allegations of corruption in the context of this mission, said her office.
Dacic: EULEX guarantor of Serbs' survival in Kosovo-Metohija
BELGRADE - Ivica Dacic, Serbia's first deputy prime minister and foreign minister, said on Monday in a meeting with Head of EULEX Mission in Kosovo-Metohija Bernd Borchardt that the presence of that and other international actors in Kosovo, such as UNMIK and KFOR, is a guarantor of Serbs' survival in Kosovo-Metohija.
EULEX mandate extended for another two years
BRUSSELS - The EU Council extended on Thursday the mandate for the EULEX mission in Kosovo until June 14, 2016, upon the exchange of letters between Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga and High EU Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Asthon.

PRISTINA - Head of the EULEX Mission in Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) Bernd Borchardt has said that there are no secret indictments in KiM, as the mechanism of secret indictments does not exist in the Kosovo legal system, adding that a democratic society has two basic principles - presumption of innocence and equality before the law.
