More than 20 000 Young People will Receive Free Travel Tickets to the EU
18-year-olds are set to receive a travel pass under the fourth and latest round of DiscoverEU, which attracted some 75,000 applications from across Europe. These young Europeans, selected on the basis of established award criteria and specific Member State quotas, can travel between 1 April and 31 October 2020 for up to 30 days.

Ninety representatives of 54 national agencies from 35 countries in which it operates the European programme Erasmus + and the new programme of the European Commission called the European Solidarity Corps - participated this week in a working meeting which took pace in Bucharest.

On 27 June EU ambassadors confirmed an agreement between the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council and European Parliament representatives on a legal framework for the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) and a related budget for the period 2018-2020.
