The Higher Court in Bijelo Polje has again ruled to extradite Gulenist movement member Harun Ayvaz to Turkey, where he is wanted for alleged terrorism offences.

The ruling, made on October 14, came after the Podgorica-based Appeal Court overturned the Bijelo Polje court's previous decision which said that Ayvaz should be extradited to Turkey.

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci addressing to media on Saturday said that the six arrested and extradited Turkish nationals suspected of their alleged links with Fetullah Gulen, were involved in "illegal activities" and were "threatening national security" of Kosovo, Gazeta Express reports.

Main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu has slammed Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) leader Devlet Bahçeli after the latter accused the CHP leader of supporting the U.S. based Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen, who is believed to have been the mastermind of the July 15, 2016, coup attempt. 

Thirteen people trying to flee Turkey were arrested on May 20 for their alleged links to the Gülen Movement, led by U.S.-based preacher Fetullah Gülen, is believed to have orchestrated July, 2016 coup attempt in Turkey, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.

Two former Turkish generals suspected of being involved in the July 15, 2016, coup attempt have applied for asylum in Germany, according to local media reports released on May 14, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.        

An American pastor who was arrested in Turkey last year and whose release has been demanded by U.S. President Donald Trump is accused of delivering special sermons to the Kurdish people and having links to the movement of U.S.-based Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen.

The Ankara Public Prosecutor's Office on May 16 ordered the detention of 85 staff from the energy and education ministries in an investigation into the Fethullahist Terror Organization (FETÖ), which is believed to have been behind the July 2016 failed coup attempt, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported. 

Three members of Turkey's underwater commando team with alleged links to the Gülen movement under U.S.-based Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen, who is accused of masterminding the July 2016 failed coup attempt, were apprehended in the northwestern border province of Edirne on May 16, Doğan News Agency has reported.

Some 3,000 police officers who were dismissed with previous statutory decrees can now be reinstated, as archives seized during an anti-Gülen operation showed that they were in fact blacklisted by the Gülen movement, widely believed to have orchestrated the July 2016 coup attempt in Turkey.

U.S.-based Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen and former prosecutor Zekeriya Öz have been named among the suspects in a third indictment prepared by an Istanbul prosecutor into the murder of Armenian-Turkish journalist Hrant Dink, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.
