Aftershocks keep Zakynthos on edge
A man looks at the damaged pier in the main port of the Ionian island of Zakynthos, following a powerful earthquake at 1.54 a.m. on Friday. The Geodynamic Institute of Athens said the 6.4-magnitude quake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers in the sea 50 km from Zakynthos. It was felt as far away as Athens, southern Italy, Albania and Libya.

Dozens of aftershocks recorded in Zakynthos
Dozens of aftershocks have rattled the Ionian island of Zakynthos and regions further afield following a powerful earthquake on Friday morning.
The Geodynamic Institute of Athens said the largest quake measured 4.0 on the Richter scale.

4.7-magnitude tremor hits southeastern Aegean
A 4.7-magnitude quake struck the undersea area 21 kilometers northwest of the Greek island of Astypalaia in the southeastern Aegean on Tuesday evening, according to an automated reading of the Geodynamic Institute of Athens.
The tremor was recorded at a depth of 10 kilometers and felt as far as Athens.
No injuries or damages were immediately reported.

Breaking: 5.3 earthquake near Nisyros island
Breaking. A 5.3 magnitude earthquake has been reported 23km west of the the island of Nisyros, according to the Geodynamic Institute of Athens. The tremor occurred at 8.03am on Tuesday and was 116km west of Rhodes. No reports of any damage or injuries have ben reported.

4.5 earthquake hits sea area north of Crete
A moderate earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale hit the northern part of Crete on Friday afternoon.
According to the Geodynamic Institute of Athens, the tremor occurred in the sea area 73 kilometers north of Iraklion and 51 kilometers southwest of Santorini and at a focal depth of 71 kilometers.

Undersea earthquake hits south of Crete
A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck under the Mediterranean seabed south of the Greek island of Crete on Monday.
Local authorities said there were no immediate reports of injuries or serious damage.
The quake?s epicenter was 63 kilometers southeast of Tybakio, according to the Geodynamic Institute of Athens.
