The Decarbonization Fund is a tremendous tool that will allow Greek islands to become models of green transition, Environment & Energy Minister Thodoros Skylakakis said in an online address for the "Nisyros Dialogues: Bridging the East Med," held for the third consecutive year at the eponymous island by the Georgios M. Michalos Foundation that opened last Friday.
