Former Bosnian Serb political leader Radovan Karadzic has asked the Hague Tribunal to install Skype so he can communicate with his family while he is in the UN court’s detention unit.

Hague convict Radovan Karadzic has told the daily Vecernje Novosti that he had "a secret agreement" with Richard Holbrook, a former US envoy for the Balkans.

According to Karadzic, the deal was for him to withdraw from public life after the signing of the Dayton Agreement (in 1995), while Holbrook would in return "leave him alone."

Rasim Ljajic says Serbia will not extradite three members of the opposition SRS party to the Hague Tribunal, where they are wanted on contempt of court charges.
