Radovan Karadzic explains why he became "Dr. Dabic"
Hague convict Radovan Karadzic has told the daily Vecernje Novosti that he had "a secret agreement" with Richard Holbrook, a former US envoy for the Balkans.
According to Karadzic, the deal was for him to withdraw from public life after the signing of the Dayton Agreement (in 1995), while Holbrook would in return "leave him alone."

Berisha, who was a refugee from Kosovo and a witness in the Hague Tribunal's war crimes case against Ramush Haradinaj, made his statement to investigators in Podgorica, Montenegro, on May 11, 2004.

Serbia will not extradite SRS officials despite Interpol notice
Rasim Ljajic says Serbia will not extradite three members of the opposition SRS party to the Hague Tribunal, where they are wanted on contempt of court charges.
Ljajic, a Serbian cabinet member who also chairs the National Council for Cooperation with the Hague Tribunal, said that a Serbian court has already ruled against the extradition.
