HealthMin Pintea: I hope we have a running information system as of Monday
Healthcare Minister Sorina Pintea stated on Thursday that she hopes for the information system of the health insurance cards to be operational as of Monday. "Just as it was conveyed to me by the President of the House [the National Health Insurance House] and I repeat, the Healthcare Ministry has no authority in this system, as of Monday it could resume to normal.

The President of the International Anti-drug and Human Rights Center (CIADO) Romania, Academician Constantin Balaceanu Stolnici, recommends the Government to endorse the research in the area of medical cannabis and create a legal framework for patients to have access to these treatments safely, a press release of the organization informs.

The hospital disinfectants which didn't meet the appropriate standards and regarding which a criminal case was opened had been used in over 30 hospitals around the country, Healthcare Minister Sorina Pintea stated on Tuesday.
Turkey Gives 100,000 Vaccines to Bulgaria
Turkey will be donating 100,000 vaccines to Bulgaria in order to ensure that the preventative procedures will b uphold according to the schedule outlined by the Healthcare Ministry.
The announcement was made by healthcare Minister Petar Moskov at a news conference Wednesday.
In return, Bulgaria will be supplying Turkey with anti-tuberculosis vaccines.
